CRM – Changes between AX 4.0 and AX2009 Version

There are huge changes in CRM module on data dictionary side. In AX2009 Version , VendAccount and CustAccount field are removed from smmBusRelTable Table. Also a new table DirPartyRelationship and DirPartTable store a column PartyId  as a foreign key from PartyId column in smmBusRelTable Table. Also DirpartyRelationRelationship store both parent id and child record which stores tree based hierarchies for Business realtions (smmBusRelTable).A new table DirPartyRelationShipType table the Partyid and relationship type such as Business Relations , Contact persons. This data dictionary change is in line with the new Global Address book details Form which is used to link contacts,customer,vendors and business relations to Organizations (with Addres Book ID referring to Customer or Vendor master record).
